An adoption physical is a comprehensive medical examination required by most domestic and international adoption agencies prior to finalizing a placement. It ensures that the adoptive parent(s) and/or child are in good health and meet the medical requirements set by your specific agency.

A complete head-to-toe examination by Dr. McElya or one of our qualified providers, covering cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, and all major systems.

Agency Paperwork Completion

We fill out and sign your adoption agency's required medical forms, whether provided by your agency or your attorney, for domestic or international placements.

Lab & Blood Work

On-site lab services for required bloodwork, TB tests, drug screenings, or other testing specified by your agency — no need to visit a separate facility.

Immunization Review

Thorough review and documentation of immunization history. We can administer any missing vaccines on-site to meet your agency's health requirements.

Mental Health Screening

Standardized mental and behavioral health assessments as required by your agency, conducted sensitively and thoroughly by our providers.
