McElya opened Neighborhood Medical Center in 1998 to provide superior, seven-day medical care to patients of all ages throughout the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Neighborhood Medical Center is owned and operated by Dr. McElya and his daughter, Alyssa McElya.
