	Immigration Neighborhood Medical Center is one of the few facilities in the area that is designated to conduct U.S. and Canadian Immigration Physical evaluations. Our bilingual staff is very experienced with INS issues and eager to help applicants through the process as quickly and easily as possible. Complete U.S. INS exam. (include TB/PPD skin test, physical examination, HIV test, all required blood work and paperwork). Before 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday) $85.00 Adults $65.00 Children (14 & under) After 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday) and weekends $95.00 Adults $75.00 Children (14 & under) In addition to these services, we can also add time-saving features. For an additional nominal fee NMC can provide: One day turn around on INS medical paper work. Completion evaluation process in a single office visit.

	Travel Medicine Let the staff at Neighborhood Medical Center help you with your medical travel needs. We provide you with the necessary vaccines to travel to most regions. This includes documentation on the “yellow card” which is often required for international travel.
